One day you sit in a cool place and ask yourself two questions for a few moments. You may be forced to admit that we are a benevolent nation. Whoever does us a favor We reciprocate this kindness by kicking him in the shoes and secondly, we are “anti-progress”. I become guilty. When you find the answer to these two questions, then you will find the answer to the third question and that question is how long will this series last? We

How long will we continue to blame those who promote and develop and how long will we continue to punish those who do good? If I say this, Malik Riaz is one of the few people in Pakistan who has these two flaws. If so, it will not be wrong. He is the person who made real estate a regular industry in the country. He gave lifestyle to the middle class and lower middle class and run 60 industries of the country. Rising from the contract and becoming the richest man in the country and are both his unforgivable crimes. I am a fan of this man. Benny Fisher was also declared and there were investigations against me but I withdrew yesterday. I am coming back today and I will not come back tomorrow. Why? Because at least I didn’t go down without explaining myself first. Then I ask, what is the crime of this person? And for 26 years, the courts have been asking, ‘Why is there humiliation in police stations and on the streets?’ Her dignity and health are ruined but she still works 18 hours a day and you can ban her, burn her property, block her way and you can put her on the floor. Put a stick on his shoulder but it still works and delivers more than ever. My country is 26 years old from Riyadh but yesterday I saw this person for the first time upset. He called me and “I want to admit my mistakes. I shouldn’t have come this far. My needs were met forty years ago today. I was happy and satisfied. I should have stayed there.” “Why did I need to move on and think about other people?” Says Malik Riaz. There are 39 housing schemes on the right and left sides of Bahria Town in Karachi. All the housing schemes bought lands under the same law from 1974 to 2018. The state is not asking 38 but I am being thrown rock on rock. Which one broke the law and what did others do? Is it just my fault I made it, I delivered it, and couldn’t build other roads? I said to them, “Why are you occupying people’s lands? People don’t want to give up their property.” Why are they being evicted? ”He immediately said,“ I am not the only one. There are 39 housing schemes. They have all bought and occupied lands but the protests and attacks are only on me. Why not ask the other 38? Going? If we make a mistake, you cancel the lands of all the housing schemes. Close all. Why are you targeting me to increase the prices of other housing schemes? Second, this whole area is deserted There was water, there was a road, there was a hospital and there was no school. I provided all these facilities there. Until yesterday, people used to carry water on donkeys. ‘When we went there, these lands became expensive.’ If we develop it, then tomorrow the people there will also start attacking us. ”I am not saying that Malik Riaz is right at all. Why don’t you make decisions? Housing If the government or the state wants to keep it in its hands, it should ban private companies and create and run its own and if it is not the government’s business, then it should build the system and provide equal opportunities to all stakeholders. Let the companies come Raising flags, burning plazas, breaking windows and setting fire to vehicles, and chanting slogans like “Pakistan should not be destroyed” but we remained silent. Why? But why? Is it such a big crime to develop, to make projects, to develop, to improve people’s lifestyle, and to work in other provinces? People should come and in a few moments go home after wasting people’s lifetime earnings and the state should be a spectator. Shouldn’t people like Malik Riaz work? Believe me, if this person was in a developed country, he would be like Sally Bretty today like Bill Gates, but we have made him Gabar Singh in this country. It has become a temple bell. Comes and starts playing it and the loss is to the common man. When the Supreme Court took suo moto against Bahria Town Karachi in 2018, you can see the progress of real estate in the country. Karachi was becoming a new city and people Terrorism, street crimes and They were coming out of the garbage and settling in a clean environment. The economic activities of Karachi were also running smoothly but due to the action of the Supreme Court, the entire real estate market crashed and trillions of rupees of people sank. Even after giving three amnesty schemes, it is not able to revive this market. What have we got from this accountability? Billions of rupees have been taxed, trillions of rupees have been accumulated and economic activities have been reversed. Was it wise? On the one hand, we invite investors from all over the world to invest in Pakistan. We urge you to come and invest in your country but on the other hand, for those who invest, the mob crushes their property with sticks and the state does not even bite. On the one hand, we tell people to work. ‘You invest and on the other hand people invest their savings We humiliate those who do what they do in courts, police stations, and jails, and if the deliverers are still surveyed, we hand them over to the mob-like this. ‘People come.’ They abuse, they break the windows of buildings with sticks, and dance with fire. This is a country or a spectacle. There are still hundreds of businessmen in Karachi who work in Karachi but live in Dubai. This is the morning flight. Come from and go to Dubai in the evening ‘Why? Because these people want to save their children from such accidents. They are not ready to sacrifice their peace of mind. Are we not justifying them with our actions? Have you ever wondered why we have half Pakistan? Seen in Dubai? Because despite being a foreign country, both the property and the lives of the people there are safe when we have turned this country into an arena, so you protect the people
